Makeover takeover

In the beauty category, our ads collectively averaged just above 2% click-through rate (CRT) in 2017—a number significantly above the exceptional benchmark of 0.5%. Factors including creative, messaging, targeting, placement and relevance all played a key role in the success of the assets.

Massage deals

Our massage deals relieved stress for the business, too. When performance soft, reactivating a massage campaign effectively juiced business—so much so that a Massage Tension Intervention became a regular series on the site and through CRM.

Seasonal ads

Our seasonal spirit was huge (even beyond Halloween, but that was pretty huge too). In our Love All Ways campaign, we leaned into a message of inclusivity, turning a heart on its side to show that when it comes to love, there’s more than one way to express it. The campaign generated approximately $12 million during its 7-day run.
